Overview

Your tenants and guarantors can now access their account to sign tenancies without the need to create or remember a password.

Instead, they can request a one-time link to be sent to their email address. If they already have a Concurrent account, they can continue using their existing login details (email address and password).

The one-time link is valid for 15 minutes and would log them into their account automatically when clicked.

This feature is available to accounts with a Pro or Business Operations plan. It can be enabled by editing your branding from the Contracts dashboard.

Create account

  1. When you submit a tenancy, the tenant receives the email notifying them that they have a contract to sign.

  2. Once they click the Sign contract button, they'll be prompted to create an account.

  3. The tenant needs to confirm their name and enter their phone number.

  4. They will be taken directly to the tenancy once they click Create account.

Accessing the account

Once the account is created, the tenant can login with a password if they have one, or request the one-time link.

    1. Enter their email address.

    2. An email will be sent containing the link, which is valid for 15 minutes.

    3. Click the link in the email to access their account.
