Owners and tenancy contracts
When the owner is linked to a property, their details will be pre-populated on Step 5: Other Parties when creating a new tenancy.
You can select if you (the agent) will be signing or if the owner/landlord will sign.
Owners and deposit protections
If you create a deposit protection certificate for a tenancy and the property has an owner attached, their details will pre-populate on Owner Details. To edit the owner’s details, you can do so on the Contacts portal
Owners and statement of accounts
The owner's details will be shown on the Statements of Account and you can publish the statements to their account.
