Overview

A Transaction template is a way to raise a charge or credit for which can be run on a schedule or triggered by an action in the system.

Transaction templates are added to a Service package.

The Service package is then associated with properties that are linked to owners on your account. Service Packages are required in order to generate statements (Statement of Accounts) for your tenancies.

The same Transaction template can be added to multiple Service packages.

The charge or credit triggered from the Transaction template are included in the Fees & Disbursements section on the statement underneath the Service package.

Transaction templates page

Transaction templates are managed from the Transaction templates page. This is accessed by clicking the [...] menu icon in the top right corner on the Statement of Accounts dashboard, then clicking Service packages. From there, click Transaction templates.
