Overview
If your account is set up to collect tenancy payments via Concurrent, then you can require tenants to make the payment during the signing process.
Once they have provided all the required details and signed, they will be prompted to make their payment. Their signature will not be considered complete until they do so.
If you have a date set for deferred deposits, the tenant will need to make the payment on the platform before their signature is considered complete (indicated by the gold tick).
