Overview
In the event of an emergency relating to a tenant property managers need to know who they should contact.
Currently many are assuming that guarantors are also able to act as emergency contact, but some tenants don’t have a guarantor, and the guarantor may not be appropriate to act in this capacity at all (e.g. HousingHand).
This feature allows you to create an emergency contact for the tenant and save it conveniently in the platform.
