Overview
You have the option to initiate a cancellation on Concurrent for tenancies that have been fully signed. This is a Concurrent feature that allows you to free up the rooms or property on the system in order to create a new tenancy.
Once cancelled, a new tenancy can be created for the rooms or property from the effective cancellation date.
A cancellation can be initiated if the tenancy:
Is fully signed.
Has an end date in the future.
Is not in the process of being replaced.
Does not have a pending Deed of Assignment.
Does not have a pending room change.
Does not have a pending rent change.
You can stop the cancellation at any point up until the last tenant accepts or you release the rooms from the tenancy.
