Room change

A PBSA room change can be initiated for a tenancy which updates the allocated room on your Concurrent account if the tenancy:

• Has one room allocated (individual tenancies or dual occupancy)

• Is fully signed by all parties

  • You can initiate a change once the tenant has signed, but doing so will un-approve their signature 

  • If the tenancy was created via Book Now, initiating a room change to a room of the same type after the tenant has signed will not un-approve their signature

• Is not in the process of being replaced or cancelled

• Has not ended.

There must be available rooms for the tenancy period. 

The effective date for a room change is included on the downloadable Tenancy Reports. Once a room change is complete, there will be an additional row for the tenancy on the reports showing the new room.
