Overview
You have the option to add prospective tenants who have made offline enquiries to your Contact centre. This feature is available to accounts with a Business Operations plan.
Adding an offline enquiry - Add contact
From the Contacts portal, click the Add contact button and select Prospective tenant.

Enter the personal details of the prospective tenant.
Adding an offline enquiry - Additional details
Enter the details for the offline enquiry.
