Overview
Tenants can submit maintenance tickets from the StuRents app and the tickets are sent to your maintenance dashboard.
Requirements to create a maintenance job:
At least contractor added to your contacts.
Contractors managed by you: These contractors do not have access to the StuRents maintenance platform so you will need to manage all tickets assigned to them from your maintenance dashboard.
You are responsible for scheduling the appointment and providing all ticket details (tenant name, address, contact information, issue) to the contractor once scheduled.
