You can now version control your files in File manager. Uploading a new version replaces the current file for all users that it’s currently visible to, so only the current version of the file will be accessible. You have the option to:

  • Upload a new version.

  • Download the current and previous versions of a file.

  • Restore a previous version to the current version.

Add a new version of a file

When viewing the file, click the menu icon next to the download icon in the top right of the page.

  1. Click versions.

  2. Select the new version of the file.

Restore a previous version of a file

  1. Click Versions.

  2. If there are previous versions of the file, they will appear underneath the current version.

  3. Under the Previous versions, click Make current version.
