Overview

You can export a PDF with the details of selected maintenance tickets.

  1. Select the tickets you want include on the PDF using the tick box to the left of the details column.

  2. Click the Export button.

  3. Save the PDF to your device.

If you selected one ticket to export, the PDF will be a single page. If you selected two or more tickets, the PDF will include a cover page.


The downloaded PDF shows:

  • The date and time the PDF was exported on and by which agent.

  • Job stack (cover page) for two or more tickets.

  • Job sheet (maintenance ticket summary).

  • Ticket reference.

  • Agent name and primary contact (assignee).

  • Reported by- The name, phone number, and email address of the user that created the ticket.

  • Property Address.

  • Location/subject- The location of the issue.

  • Details- The details that the tenant provided on the issue.

  • Contractor details- The company name, phone number, email address of the contractor assigned to the ticket.

  • Appointment– The date and time that the assigned contractor is scheduled to attend.

  • Reported on– The date that the ticket was created on.

  • Attachments– Any attachments included on the ticket

Select the tickets you want include on the PDF using the tick box to the left of the details column.

Click the Export button.

The PDF will be downloaded to your device.
