Overview
You can set up the Direct Debit mandate on the Billing page within your account.
An active Direct Debit mandate is required if you:
Collect tenancy or rent payments on Concurrent.
Protect deposits with My|deposits (Insurance) via Concurrent.
Reference tenants and guarantors as part of the contract signing process.
The Direct Debit mandate can also be used for Marketing and Operations subscription plans.
