Creating a rolling contract template

To create a rolling contract, you'll need to create a rolling contract template. You cannot use non-rolling templates for a rolling tenancy.

Creating a rolling template is very similar to creating a traditional template.

Templates are used to create tenancy contracts and licence agreements on StuRents. At least one template on your account is required in order to use the Operations platform. 

You can upload your own contract templates to use on the system. 

Once you've sent out the contract, the tenants can provide any information and documents that you require (from your Contract settings), nominate their guarantor, sign their contract, and make a payment if required.
