Overview
Templates are used to create tenancy contracts and licence agreements on Concurrent. At least one template on your account is required in order to use the Operations platform.
You would upload your own contract templates to use on the system.
Once you've sent out the contract, the tenants will provide any information and documents that you require (from your Contract settings), nominate their guarantor, sign their contract, and make a payment if required.
