Overview
If your account is set up to collect rent payments, you can set up a rent collection once the tenancy contract is signed by all parties.
This is indicated by the status Complete next to the property address.
Creating a rent collection from a tenancy
Select the tenancy, navigate to the actions [...] menu and click Create Rent Collection.
