Overview

You can create a maintenance ticket on behalf of the tenant and share the ticket with the other tenants on the tenancy.

Click Create ticket on the dashboard.

Search and select the property or room.
Select who reported the issue.
You can select to share the ticket with the other tenants on the tenancy.
    • If the ticket is shared with the other tenants, they will be able to see any messages sent in a group chat within the app.

Enter the details for the ticket and click Create ticket.
