You have the option to create a Deed of Assignment for a fully signed tenancy. The Deed of Assignment is an amendment to the tenancy that allows you to replace one or more tenants. A Deed of Assignment can only be created for a tenancy that:
Is not in the process of being replaced
Is not in the process of being cancelled
