You can create a maintenance contractor profile in the Contact Centre. There are two types of contractors:
In-house contractor
External contractor
In-house contractors
An in-house contractor is a person or department employed by you to carry out maintenance works on your properties.
You can grant access to the contractor portal when creating their profile in the Contact Centre.
External contractors
An external contractor is a person or company that is contracted by you to carry out maintenance works on your properties.
They also may be granted access to manage their own details and maintenance jobs.
