A property is linked to the wrong owner. How do I link it to the correct owner?
Once a property has been linked, it must always be linked to an owner.
From the correct owner's profile, click Properties, then the Link properties button. Select the property from the list and enter your password to confirm the owner change.
How do I update an owner's contact details?
From the owner profile, click Edit under the Details section to update the information.
Why is the email address field greyed out for an owner when I try to edit it?
If your owners sign tenancy agreements via the system or access Statements of Account, then the owner's email address cannot be changed once they have activated their account and signed in.
If the owner has not activated their account but there's a tenancy that has been sent out, you must return the tenancy to a draft before editing the owner details.
Can I delete a contact from the Contacts page?
No, you are not able to manually delete a contact.
