Contact centre

Contact Centre is a new contacts dashboard where you can find your contact list and the inbox. It is located under the People section in the top menu bar.

Messages and Calls pages are now incorporated into the Inbox section of the Contact Centre.

Contact centre is split in two sections to improve system performance. You can switch to any section (inbox, contact list, system emails) from either tab:

• Contact centre: inbox

• Contact centre: contacts
