Archive maintenance tickets
You can archive a maintenance ticket that is in a Closed status. The archiving tickets function will remove the tickets from the main maintenance dashboard.
Select a closed ticket and click Archive ticket.
Confirm ticket archiving in a pop-up window.
When the ticket is archived, the note about this action appears in the ticket activity log.
