Allowing non-direct debit payments

  1. On the Rents dashboard, search for and select the tenant. A table with the their rent collection details will be shown at the bottom of the page.

  2. Click Allow non DD.

  3. When the tenant goes to set up their rent collection, they will have the option to select Manual payments.

Turning off non-direct debit payments

If the tenant no longer wants to pay manually (non-direct debit), click the Prevent non DD button on the Rents dashboard.

The tenant will then receive an email prompting them to set up rent again. They will only have the automatic payments (Direct Debit) option available.
