To find out how to manage your owner contacts, see the attached guide: Managing owners

Contractors

There are two contractor types on the Concurrent platform:

  1. Contractor managed

    • These contractors have access to the Concurrent Maintenance platform so they will be able to provide a quote (availability dates and times, quote price, quote documents) or reject the job request.

    • You can communicate with the contractor using the chat feature on the maintenance ticket. Once the job is complete, they will mark it as complete or incomplete.

  2. Managed by you

    • These contractors do not have access to the Concurrent Maintenance platform so you will need to manage all tickets assigned to them from your Maintenance dashboard.

    • You are responsible for scheduling the appointment and providing all ticket details (tenant name, address, contact information, issue) to the contractor once scheduled.

Prospective tenants

You can add tenants who have contacted you outside of Concurrent onto the platform by following the below guide.
