Overview

The Bank Accounts page is found under the Finance tab within your account. The first time you access the Bank Accounts page, you will need to review and accept the Payment terms.

You must have account admin access in order to:

  • Accept the Payment terms.

  • Add a controlling entity.

  • Add a bank account.

Once you've added your controlling company and bank account, they will need to be reviewed and approved by the Concurrent team.

Adding a controlling entity

From the Bank Accounts page:

1. Click the menu icon, then click Settings to access the Controlling entities page.

2. Click Add controlling entity.

3. Select where entity type:

  • UK Private Limited Company (Ltd)

  • UK Public Limited Company (PLC)

  • UK Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

  • UK Private limited by guarantee without share capital

  • UK Registered Charity / Non-profit

  • UK Limited Partnership (LP)

  • Individual / Sole Trader

  • General Partnership

  • Overseas Company.

After you have selected your entity type, provide the following information by selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in the pop up window:

1. Is any director, partner, trustee or ultimate beneficial owner resident outside the United Kingdom? 2. Does the ownership or control structure include any trust or foundation (in any jurisdiction)? 3. Does the ownership or control structure involve nominee shareholders or nominee directors? 4. Does the ownership or control structure include any company incorporated outside the United Kingdom?
