Overview
If you manage your properties on Concurrent, your listings can have:
Multiple availabilities that can be enabled/disabled independently.
Multiple availabilities with different start and end dates, minimum term, rent pricing, and bills.
Different settings for Book Now.
The availabilities can be individually enabled and disabled from the Listings dashboard.
On the Listings page:
Click the actions menu icon [...] for the property to add a new availability or to edit the other property details.
Click the actions menu icon [...] for an existing availability to edit or delete it.
