This guide will show you how you are able to submit maintenance tickets from theĀ ConcurrentĀ app.

Sign in to the Concurrent app and navigate to theĀ Tenancy DetailsĀ page.

ClickĀ My supportĀ - This is where the tenant can create new support tickets and view existing ones.

  • Ticket detailsĀ ā€“ Shows the ticket reference, the status, when it was created, the location of the issue, and the details provided.

  • Ticket chatĀ - Open the ticket chat.

Click theĀ New TicketĀ button.

Enter the location of the issue.

Describe the issue and attach the relevant photos.

Confirm your contact number.

Click theĀ SubmitĀ button.
You will also see the ticket reference number.

When your property manager sends you a message, you will receive a notification.

You can select the best option for the maintenance appointment from the chat if they are offered by your property manager

Once the maintenance team dealt with the issue, you will receive a message to confirm if the issue was resolved.
