











Overview
This guide will show you how you are able to submit maintenance tickets from the Concurrent app.

Sign in to the Concurrent app and navigate to the Tenancy Details page.

Click My support - This is where the tenant can create new support tickets and view existing ones.
Ticket details – Shows the ticket reference, the status, when it was created, the location of the issue, and the details provided.
Ticket chat - Open the ticket chat.
The tenant can also filter all tickets by open, resolved and acknowledges from the filter icon in the top right.

Click the New Ticket button at the top of the screen.

Enter the location of the issue.

Describe the issue and attach the relevant photos.

Confirm your contact number and property access option.

Click the Submit button.
You will also see the ticket reference number.

When your property manager sends you a message, you will receive a notification.

You can select the best option for the maintenance appointment from the chat if they are offered by your property manager

Once the maintenance team dealt with the issue, you will receive a message to confirm if the issue was resolved.
